Company commander Claus Michael Pedersen and his guys are clad in Helmand, Afghanistan. Back in Denmark, with a husband and three kids missing their father, regular life is challenging for Claus' wife Maria. Within a routine mission, the soldiers have been captured in heavy Taliban crossfire. In order to rescue his men, a decision that sees him return to Denmark accused of a war crime is made by Claus.
