Barbwire, A nightclub proprietor moonlights as a mercenary in Steel Harbor, certainly one of the last zones from the fascist usa. She gets roped into a government plot involving biological weapons when scientist co RA Devonshire wanders into Barb's establishment. Barb is reunited with her old flame Axel Hood, who is now co RA's husband and a guerrilla fighter, resulting in plenty of action.
