Set during the turbulent years of the Western occupation until liberty, and a couple years until the division of Korea into North and South, the narrative is all about the first and last time that Korea needed one, unified national basketball team, that made history by advancing to the quarterfinals of the 1948 London Olympics. The play follows unity, conflicts, the loves, and victory of athletes who cling into the game as the bright area in the darkness of their days.
