Jesse has to escape of Las Vegas fast, and steals a vehicle to drive L.A. On the way he shoots a police man. When he makes it to L.A. he stays with Monica, a girl he's only known for a few days. The authorities get closer to him Since the film progresses, and the offenses escalate.
