Madina Taburova, an ex-terrorist who was assumed dead, arrives in Helsinki seeking political asylum. Mari Saari, an Intelligence Agency official, must use a false identity to befriend this ex-terrorist in order to discover why she is here. Mari Saari must create an unexpected alliance with an older streetwise narcotics cop in order to solve the mystery. But not everything is as it appears.
