Dateline: November 1967. Within klicks of Danang, Vietnam, there is a U.S. Army base, bar, and hospital on China Beach that is full of injured soldiers and one very beautiful but damaged Army Nurse named Colleen McMurphy. In between bourbon, bullets, and fights, many heroes, both alive and dead, try to figure out what life and death mean.
