Stephen Chow reprises his role as Chow Sing-Sing, the annoying undercover cop who always seems to get himself into mischief, although this time he does not return to school. Rather than that, Chow goes undercover as the spouse of a wealthy socialite (Anita Mui), which irritates his fiancée, Cheung Man, who attempts to convince Chow to stop working underground.
