Told from the style of Playmates' Half-Shell Heroes action point line, the storyline finds out the Turtles going straight back in time to the Jurassic Era, where they encounter friendly dinosaurs out of days gone by and dangerous aliens from the future who have a mysterious plan of their own. However, things get much more complicated when Triceratons, Bebop and Rocksteady arrive!
