Overview
"He Sends Rain" is a story about a young man whose perspective is challenged when he is forced to confront old wounds. At the start of this story, David Conrad is a man who believes in his intellect, and his rage over a family tragedy has turned into deep-seated bitterness. Julia, David's wife, notices negative changes in his personality during a visit to his family home and attempts to solve the mystery of David's past. In this film, David is forced to confront his misconceptions about himself, his relationships, and his faith. "The unexamined life is not worth living," Socrates said. "He Sends Rain" delves into this concept in an entertaining and thoughtful manner.
