While investigating the ghost-infested estate of a celebrity billionaire, Hellboy, Liz Sherman, and Abe Sapien find a scheme to resurrect a beautiful but hideous vampire from Professor Bruttenholm's past. Hellboy will have to fight harpies, hellhounds, a monstrous werewolf, and possibly the terrible goddess Hecate herself before they can halt her carnage.
