A homeless man pulls into a new city and finds himself trapped in urban chaos, a city where the crime boss of the city reigns and where crime rules. Seeing a metropolitan landscape full of corrupt cops armed robbers, prostitutes that are mistreated and even a pedophile Santa, the Hobo goes about bringing justice into the city the way - with a shot gun. Mayhem ensues when he tries to make things better for its upcoming creation. Street justice will prevail.
