Duke Diver is living the highlife as the free-wheeling director of a luxurious resort in Palm Springs, Calif.. He faces competition by Leo, a former military man who enjoys the woman that Duke is curious about. When he is suddenly caught up with by Diver's last , he needs to put his differences aside and reluctantly team up to avoid whomever is trying to kill him.
