A mother's life course to sons and the husband she left . Based on the best-selling book by St John (Singe) Greene, the film is the story of Singe and Kate, a couple from North Somerset, whose lives were turned upside down when Kate was diagnosed with an incurable breast cancer. Afterwards she has been gone, over her past couple days, she established her list : writing down her thoughts and memories, to help the person she loved create the very best life possible for their two sons.
