Chol-Min has had a hard upbringing, what with his mother dying during childbirth and his stoic police officer father being there for him every step of the way. On the other hand, Chol-Min leads an exuberant lifestyle, going about town with his own mutt, a half-breed police dog, and making friends and foes along the way.
