Overview
Vietnam veteran Billy Ray Lancing, a former CSA representative who currently works on a wild life refuge in Northern Alaska, was occupying characters in a pen-pal partnership with Irina Morawska, a 13-year-old orphaned girl in Poland he is working out financially. When coming stop, Billy heads to figure out why -- just to find that the orphanage that Irina was remaining, which is funded by honest -- and unsuspecting -- good-intentioned Samaritans, is a cover for a human trafficking network.
