Former mythical assassin Kenshin Himura has now become a samurai. Offering protecting & aid those in need. In that period Kenshin Himura comes across and aides Kaoru Kamiya (Emi Takei). Her dad opened the Kamiya Kasshin-ryu, a kendo school located in Tokyo and Kaoru is now a teacher there. Kaoru invites Kenshin to keep at her dojo. Their relationship develops farther, but Kenshin continues to be haunted by his barbarous past...
