This horrendous time-travel comedy adheres to the misadventures of a goofy middle ages knight (Jean Reno) and also his faithful slave when they are inadvertently moved to modern times by a senile sorcerer. Mayhem rules as these 12th-century site visitors try adjusting to the wildly complicated contemporary world. To stay clear of being stuck here completely, however, they soon start a full-blown planetary assault on their former castle-- now a high-end resort-- in their quest to return to the past.
