"Horse girls"—girls with ears and tails like horses, as well as their speed and endurance—are reborn in a world very much like our own. Tracen Academy in Tokyo is where the greatest of these horsegirls are sent to train, hoping to become both racers and idols. In order to fulfill her commitment to her mother, a high school horse girl from the countryside, Special Week has recently transferred to Tracen. After a pit stop at the racetrack on her way to school, she falls in love with Silence Suzuka's style and vows to race on the same squad as her.
