When his daughter is murdered, William Duncan takes matters into his own hands and embarks on a mission of vengeance. After killing the street thug responsible for her death, he becomes embroiled in a conflict with the thug's brother, father, and gang, who are equally determined to exact revenge. What follows is a vicious game of cat and mouse. In the end, William realizes that the pursuit of vengeance is never successful.
