Overview
Ink is a television sitcom that aired from 1996-1997 that starred real time husband and husband Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen as paper journalists inspired by the film His Girl Friday on CBS. The show was created by Danson and Steenburgen. The show was canceled after a year due to evaluations. The distribution rights to the series are currently possessed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. The show's pilot re-shot and has been shifted from the initial edition.
Ink has been filmed at the soundstages of CBS Studio City in the Studio City area of Los Angeles. Outdoor scenes were shot at the studio's tiny back lot streets.
